The FC9580S8C1 is a Fujitsu FLASHWAVE 4500 IFA2-S8C1, OC-48 1550nm FBTL 88 Wave Lengths.  The HECI code is SOUIA6W.

The FC9580C9C2 is a Fujitsu FLASHWAVE 4500 IFA2-C9C2, OC-192 Single Width, WB, LR, SC, 1550nm.  The HECI code is SNW2CVG.

The FC9580S8C1 and FC9580C9C2 are part of Fujitsu’s FLASHWAVE 4500 Multiservice Provisioning Platform (MSPP).  The Fujitsu FLASHWAVE 4500 MSPP is a unifying platform for Carrier Ethernet and SONET derived services from DS1 to OC-192. The platform allows the convergence of data, synchronous and asynchronous networks, while simplifying network management.
