TruePulse has NTUC31MA and NTUC34AA modules available for sale.  They belong to Nortel’s HDX platform.

The NTUC31MA is a HDX 10G Quad Transceiver.  It has the HECI code WMITP0MDAA.

The NTUC34AA is a HDX 16port OC-48 Transceiver.  It has the HECI code WMJJM09BAB.

Launched in 2002, the Optical Cross Connect HDX and HDXc was Nortel’s optical switching platforms providing a scalable switch fabric with concurrent support of SONET/SDH, transparent wavelength and Ethernet services. Optical Cross Connect HDX and HDXc also offers subtending ring capability, differentiated Classes of Services (CoS) and carrier-grade mesh protection and restoration options. Additional features included integrated DWDM interfaces with tunable lasers and pluggable optics.

The HDX, based on a switching fabric built with eight internally designed ASICs, is designed to scale from a 640-Gbit/s capacity to a terabit using the same switching fabric. The line cards also fit eight 10-Gbit/s ports each.

As Ciena purchased Nortel’s optical transport platforms, it is possible that you may have come across these modules as the Ciena NTUC31MA and the Ciena NTUC34AA.
