TruePulse would like to purchase NT2X47AC and NT2X27AD for the Nortel DMS-100 voice platform.

1. The NT2X47AC, HECI code ENPQN9A, is a DMS-100 Transmission Test Unit Controller.  You may also be familiar with the card as the Genband NT2X47AC.
2. The NT2X47AD, HECI code ENPQLAR, is a DMS-100 Transmission Test Unit Controller. You may also be familiar with the card as the Genband NT2X47AD.

The test transmission unit (TTU) contains the NT2X47AC transmission test unit controller card and the NT2X56AB digital filter (DF). The TTU is a digital signal processor. You can program the TTU to permit transmission measurements and performance of maintenance functions. The NT2X47AC card controls the test procedures and generates the tones that the tests require. The NT2X47AC and NT2X56AB are combined to perform automatic transmission measuring equipment-2 (ATME2) test procedures and automatic transmission measuring system test procedures (ATMS). The NT2X47AC and NT2X56AB use the ATME2 for a 104 test line and the ATMS for a 105 test line.

The NT2X27AD is an enhanced version of the NT2X47AC transmission test unit controller card.

Ribbon Communications, the current owner of Nortel’s voice products, no longer supports the DMS-100.

TruePulse is also searching for DMS-100 modules in addition to the NT2X47AC and NT2X47AD.  We are also searching for modules the related DMS-1U platform, plus unrelated Nortel platforms such as the OME 6500 and the MG-4000.  In fact, please let us know about any surplus Nortel that you may have.
