TruePulse is looking to purchase NT6M72BA and NT6M72DA DPP disk drives for the Nortel DMS-100 voice switching system.

The NT8X84AB is the distributed processing peripheral (DPP) shelf.  It sits in shelf position 33 in the NTRX33DA in the Nortel DMS-100 system.  The DPP enables remote polling of automatic message accounting (AMA) data. The system collects and stores the AMA data on the distributed processing peripheral (DPP) internal disk drive units (DDU). The system forwards the data on request to a host collector.

The NT6M72BA, HECI code ENPQBB6, is a DMS-100 140-Mbyte disk drive assembly.  It is provisionable in A21, B21 slots.  The NT6M72BA provides 140-Mbytes of disk space to the NT8X48AD.

The NT6M72DAm is a DMS-100 380-Mbyte disk drive assembly.  It is provisionable in A21, B21 slots.  The NT6M72BA provides 380-Mbytes of disk space to the NT8X48AD.

Ribbon Communications, through its Genband acquisition, provides limited support for the DMS-100.

In addition to the NT6M72BA and NT6M72DA, TruePulse is interested in other DMS-100 modules.  Furthermore, we are looking for modules to other voice switching systems, including the Lucent 4ESS, the Lucent 5ESS, Siemens DCO, and the Ericsson VSE.  Before you scrap them, please let us know about any voice switching cards that you have!
