TruePulse is interested in the Alcatel-Lucent 7210 units 3HE05169AA and 3HE05678AA.

The 3HE05169AA is an Alcatel-Lucent 7210 SAS-M24F2XFP, DC power version. You may also be familiar with it as a Nokia 3HE05169AA.  It includes the 7210 SAS-M chassis with 2 x 10GigE XFP optical ports, 24 x 100/1000 optical SFP ports, four opto-isolated inputs and two dry relay contact outputs through a DB-15 interface on the front panel, one empty slot for future use, one fan tray, one DC power supply and operating system software.

• A second power supply can be installed for redundancy

• Optical ports require XFPs and SFPs, which are ordered separately

The 3HE05678AA is an Alcatel-Lucent 7210 SAS-M24F2XFP, AC Version with NA Power Cord. The system consists of the 7210 SAS-M chassis with 2 x 10GigE XFP optical ports, 24 x 100/1000 optical SFP ports, four opto-isolated inputs and two dry relay contact outputs through a DB-15 interface on the front panel, one empty slot for future use, one fan tray, one AC power supply, one power cord for the North American market and operating system software.  You may also be familiar with it as a Nokia 3HE05678AA.

The Alcatel-Lucent 7210 Service Access Switch (SAS) is a family of small footprint, Carrier Ethernet customer edge and aggregation devices.  The 7210 SAS-M extends MPLS capabilities and manageability into the customer edge for fully managed MPLS-enabled Carrier Ethernet services, and extends the reach of the MPLS-enabled Carrier Ethernet aggregation network into smaller sites. The 7210 SAS-M provides 10GigE and GigE uplink options, leverages the Alcatel-Lucent Service Router Operating System (SR OS), and is managed by the Alcatel-Lucent Service Aware Manager (SAM).
